Management report:
In this report we ask you for deviations that may have occurred during the project executions - and the reasons for them. Most of all we are interested in your internal capabilities as reasons for deviations that may have occurred.

Is there a gap between ambitions stated in the proposal and your actual capability in implementing the activities? You should focus on internal affairs primarily! Our question is about what should have been foreseen as limitations in the planning phase of the project!

So, what are the main deviations and the reasons for them? Split them in internal and external reasons and concentrate on the main issues! Describe how you adapt to challenges in the external contexts, how does it reflect on your internal processes/programs.

And, what would you consider as our 10 main risks in supporting your endeavours in the future, both external and internal risks, as you see it!

Success report:
We like the successes too and ask you to describe them in 200 words (be free, even if the successes came outside of the intended objectives).

Make a story! Please interview a person, a group or community that has benefitted from your efforts. We are happy if you enclose written or audio-visual material (blogs, podcasts, photos, videos, video postcards, etc.). We are interested in the stories of your progress and how they maybe build a narrative about the practices and impact

Impact report:
This reporting guideline is tied to the Mission of Mimeta – and thus also our reason for supporting your organization. Our work is based on the Declaration of Human rights. We address the challenges for communities (/ people) to get access to artistic expressions that are created on free terms and presented by independent institutions. This is the essence of culture and human rights and is in favour of the art itself. On this platform we support the impacts of arts on developing open, sustainable societies - in the construct of artistic, social and political structures, increased transparency and sound governance.

Mimeta is specifically searching outcomes based on:

  • Initiatives that give artist, storyteller, producers, and artistic works better protection against abuse, detention and censorship.

  • Initiatives that contribute to processes and tools that give the professionals their democratic right to influence what may hinder the free exercising of their rights.

  • Initiatives that strengthen independent platforms and institutions providing free (artistic) expressions.

  • Initiatives that strengthen those organizations that works on behalf of the art and media as service providers, to improve the sectors’ position on rights issues, in political and legal matters, the professionalism, the distribution of arts and the sustainability of the sector.

From this we have some questions that accompany proposals and project reports:

  • What are the activities that allow for people (be specific in defining whom you work for/ on behalf of, events, numbers, targets/ audiences, media coverage etc – related to the activities):

    • to get access to artistic work, information, stories (be specific in defining the artistic work, topics, or fields/ areas)

    • that are created on free terms and presented by independent institutions (be specific in defining platforms, institutions, arts field etc – and related challenges)

    • in favour of the arts itself, human rights, and an open, sustainable society. (Be specific on impacts within these different areas)
